Hey there!  My name is Kisha…tired, overwhelmed Mama turned Fitness and Mindset Ninja.  Welcome to my digital home.  I’m a mom to 2 creative little girls who both have big hair and bigger personalities and a Stepson who runs circles around me. I’m married to my best friend and partner in crime, who reminds me to give myself grace and stay focused on my goals.  I think it’s important to have someone in your life who will help you to stay focused and motivated especially in those moments when life feels like a struggle.

When I’m not in mommy mode I’m running my virtual gym and creating content for my blog and Instagram.  This is where I share tips to help you find time to get in shape, love yourself, and feel joyful during the busiest years of your life…Motherhood.

I wanted to create a space to talk about how important fitness, mindset and self love are to motherhood.  I believe that we can not fully serve our families and the community if our batteries are on empty.  I have found tricks, habits and small pockets of time in my day to recharge and take care of myself so that I am the best mom, wife, and human I can be.
